2spooky Halloween Manicure feat Orly's Melt Your Popsicle & Maybelline's Clearly Spotted

Boo!  Happy Halloween, nonbinary beauties.  Well, happy Hallomonth, because it's basically a month-long celebration for me.  Today I have a manicure to show off, which was actually featured on Orly's Twitter last week!

The combination on these nails is OPI's Melt Your Popsicle as the base and Maybelline's Clearly Spotted as the coat over it.  The people at Ulta asked me if I splattered paint on it!  I was flattered, but I told them that I just used a cool matte glitter on top.
